BH5 – Group 2, Block 20 – Lissa Alexander
Happy Blockheads Wednesday! Today is Week 20, which means we are two-thirds of the way through Group 2, can you believe it? So far, we’ve made lots of flying geese, HSTs, square-in-a-squares, stitch-and-flip corners, and four-patches…and we’ve tackled paper piecing and applique, too! But there are still some new techniques to explore, and our block this week does just that. Our featured designer this week is Moda’s very own Lissa Alexander, our Director of Marketing, also known as ModaLissa – and Lissa has brought us a striking block that gives us the look of diamond piecing without the fuss of set-in seams.
